Fees

~ A free consultation is available to new clients.  We prefer to meet with each new client and get an understanding of your needs and create the best customized pricing for you.

~ A Fresh Start offers hourly rates based on services requested.  There is a minimum of 1 hour then billed in 30-minute increments.

~ Mileage up to 15 miles is included in pricing then billed $.58 per mile.

~ A Fresh start also offers discounts to seniors and to all new clients.

~ Fees do not include the price of goods, taxes, or services purchased on your behalf.  Additional costs will be added to your invoice if not prepaid.  You will be contacted before a purchase is made on your behalf.

~ Any cancellations from clients with out a 24-hour notice will be charged $25.00. If A Fresh Start cannot gain access to the client’s residence, the client will be billed for the full cost of the service.

Payment 

~ Payments can be made by cash, check, and credit or debit cards.
~ Credit and debit cards are accepted thru Pay Pal.
~ Monthly packages must be prepaid.
